This agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to your participation in the Health Affiliates Network affiliate program as a publisher/affiliate. As used in this agreement, "we" or "us" refer to Health Affiliates Network, "you" or "your" refers to the participant or publisher. This is a legal agreement between you and Health Affiliates Network. By accepting the terms of this publisher agreement, you are stating that you have fully read and understood the terms set forth herein and are indicating your acceptance of this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.

To begin : To begin the enrollment process, you will submit a complete Health Affiliates Network application to participate in our Affiliate Network. You will receive immediate conditional acceptance and an automatic response via email. We will then evaluate your application in good faith and verify the content of your website, if you have one.

We will notify you if your application is rejected. We may reject your application at any time if we determine that your site is unsuitable for the program for any reason. Violation includes, but is not limited to, your site including images or content that promotes obscene materials, child pornography, promotion of violence, promotion of discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, promotion of illegal activities, or violation of intellectual property rights and/or copyrights or trademarks.

Information provided by you: It is importance that all publishers supply us with correct contact details including email and phone numbers at the time of sign-up. Without the correct contact details, we will not be in a position to process any commission payouts.

Health Affiliates Network's privacy policy is designed to help protect our partners, customers of our partners and the internet community within the Health Affiliates Network ("Health Affiliates Network" "we" or "us") marketing network from irresponsible or illegal activities. This Privacy Policy lays out the key elements of how we collect, store and transfer personal data. The Health Affiliates Network reserves the right to modify the Policy at any time, effective upon posting on our site.

Information Collection

One of the key considerations within the development process of the Health Affiliates Network is the protection of data. The Health Affiliates Network does not seek any personal information by illegal means from internet consumers or visitors coming to our site. We collect and hold the personal data of one who on his/her own initiative responds to the Health Affiliates Network's advertisements or successfully registers as an affiliate or merchant and provides any personal information. Use Of Information

The Health Affiliates Network will only use the information provided by you for the reason that you have provided the information. For example, your contact email will only be used by us to contact you, or your payment information will only be used to carry out the payment for the commission earned by you. The personal information provided may be shared with advertisers, third party marketers or our affiliated sites for their online marketing program as per the request from any of the partners working with Health Affiliates Network under the agreement between the partners.

The purpose of the cookies sent to a visitor's browser is to track the visitor's movements on the advertiser's website. This will be used to pay third-party commissions when the user clicks on a link, creates a lead, or makes a purchase on an advertiser's website. This information shall also be used to optimize and personalize the user's experience. If the internet user re-visits the advertiser's site directly, Health Affiliates Network is able to continue to track the user's activities on the advertiser's site and reward the third-party affiliate that referred the user. This is done only through the cookie, IP address and affiliate details.

Cookies are not used to collect end users personal information such as names, physical addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, credit card numbers, social security numbers, or any other information which can be used to identify a specific person. This data is limited only to the advertisers and is no way collected or used by Health Affilaites Network.

Storing Information

The Health Affiliates Network employs industry standard security measures to ensure the security of all data. Any data that is stored on our servers is treated as proprietary and confidential and is not available to the public. The Health Affiliates Network routinely evaluates its data security practices to identify security threats or opportunities for improvement.

Our data is stored on our web server in a secure data centre in the United Kingdom and is not accessible by any other person or system. However, the Health Affiliates Network employees access your data on a need to know basis. Every employee is aware of the rules regarding the acceptable treatment of personal data. The transactional data collected and stored is by no means accessible by any unauthorized person or system. Cookies expire at the end of a definite lifetime and are destroyed.

Privacy And Spam

The Health Affilaites Network is very sensitive to the issue of under age privacy. The Health Affiliates Network works with advertiser's who sell products and services which are not developed for persons under the age of 18. We are not able to do business with and we do not collect personal information from any person we actually know is under the age of 18.

The Health Affiliates Network is committed to proper internet practices and we comply fully with the CAN-SPAM Act. It is our policy to prohibit the sending of unsolicited or "Spam" e-mails by the Health Affiliates Network or any of its marketing partners. Under the CAN-SPAM Act, we do provide unsubscribe options to advertiser and affiliates to unsubscribe from future emails from the Health Affiliates Network.

The collection, use, and disclosure of information by clients and partners is subject to their respective privacy policies, which may differ from the Health Afffiliates Network's policy.
